Common use of Time Commitments Clause in Contracts

Time Commitments. Executive will devote substantially all of Executive’s business time and best efforts to the operation and oversight of the business of the Company Group and performance of Executive’s duties hereunder (excluding periods of vacation, approved time off or leave of absence) and will not, without the Company’s prior consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), engage in any other business activities that could conflict with Executive’s duties or services to the Company Group. Executive shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Company Group’s employee policies and codes of conduct as in effect from time to time to the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement.

Executive shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Company Group’s employee policies and codes of conduct as in effect from time to time to the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement.

Executive will initially devote substantially all of Executive’s business time and best efforts to the operation and oversight of the business of the Company Group and performance of Executive’s duties hereunder (excluding periods of vacation, approved time off or leave of absence) and will not, without the Company’s prior consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), engage in any other business activities that could conflict with Executive’s duties or services to the Company Group. Executive shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Company Group’s employee policies and codes of conduct as in effect from time to time to the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement. Executive’s time commitment will diminish when the Company hires a new CFO and President. Less time commitment by Executive will not affect or diminish the other terms including Executive’s compensation pursuant to this Agreement.
