Common use of TIFIA Loan Amount Clause in Contracts

TIFIA Loan Amount. The principal amount of the TIFIA Loan shall not exceed $657,863,164 (excluding capitalized interest). TIFIA Loan proceeds shall be disbursed from time to time in accordance with Section 4 and Section 10(b).
