Commitments of the Principal. 1.1 The PRINCIPAL undertakes that no official of the PRINCIPAL, connected directly or indirectly with the contract, will demand, take a promise for or accept, directly or through intermediaries, any bribe, consideration, gift, reward, favour or any material or immaterial benefit or any other advantage from the BIDDER, either for themselves or for any person, organization or third party related to the contract in exchange for an advantage in the bidding process, bid evaluation, contracting on implementation process related to the contract.
Commitments of the Principal. The Principal commits itself to take all measures necessary to prevent corruption and to observe the following principles:- No employee of the Principal, personally or through family members, will in connection with the tender for , or the execution of a contract, demand, take a promise for or accept, for him/herself or third person, any material or immaterial benefit which he/she is not legally entitled to. The Principal will, during the tender process treat all Bidders with equity and reason. The Principal will in particular, before and during the tender process, provide to all Bidders the same information and will not provide to any Bidder confidential / additional information through which the Bidder could obtain an advantage in relation to the tender process or the contract execution. The Principal will exclude from the process all known prejudiced persons. If the Principal obtains information on the conduct of any of its employees which is a criminal offence under the relevant Anti-Corruption Laws of India, or if there be a substantive suspicion in this regard, the Principal will inform its Vigilance Office and in addition can initiate disciplinary actions.
Commitments of the Principal. The PRINCIPAL undertakes that no official of the PRINCIPAL, connected directly or indirectly with the CONTRACT, will demand, take a promise for or accept, directly or through intermediaries, any bribe, consideration, gift, reward, favour or any material or immaterial benefit or any other advantage from the BIDDER, either for themselves or for any person, organization or third party related to the CONTRACT in exchange for an advantage in the contracting or implementation process related to the CONTRACT. All the officials of the PRINCIPAL will report to the appropriate Government office any attempted or completed breaches of the above commitments as well as any substantial suspicion of such a breach. In case any such preceding misconduct on the part of such official(s) is reported by the CONTARCTOR to the PRINCIPAL with full and verifiable facts and the same is prima facie found to be correct by the PRINCIPAL, necessary disciplinary proceedings, or any other action as deemed fit, including criminal proceedings may be initiated by the PRINCIPAL and such a person shall be debarred from further dealings related to the contract process. In such a case while an enquiry is being conducted by the PRINCIPAL the proceedings under the contract would not be stalled.

Commitments of the Principal. The Principal commits: · to make available to the Agent and for the product it shall propose to its customers, documentation pursuant to the provisions of Article L 341-12 of the French Monetary and Financial Code; · to give to the Agent any indication necessary for the correct distribution of its product to the persons solicited in accordance with Article L 341-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code.
