Tide Work. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Union and the Employer, tide work shall be subject to the following special condition. When Employees are called out on tide work, they shall be guaranteed an amount equivalent to four (4) hours at straight time pay as a minimum for each call out.

Tide Work. All work requiring a Contractor to establish a starting time or other special conditions which will vary from the regularly scheduled starting time set forth in this Agreement and which is established due to the tide schedule shall perform such work under the applicable Schedule A "Tide Work" provisions of the Craft performing the work.
Tide Work. Except as provided for in Section 14.02.06, an Individual Employer who is performing tide work shall establish a starting time for the project between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. which corresponds to the tide on the first day of the project. All hours worked before or after the shift as established herein shall be paid at the special single shift rates set forth in 01.03.00, 01.03.01, 01.03.02, 01.03.03, 01.03.

The overtime rate for Saturday, Sunday and holidays or work in excess of eight (8) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period shall be the same rate of overtime pay as set forth in this Agreement. The hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. shall be worked at straight time. Work performed between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. shall be considered overtime work.

Tide Work. When an Employee or Employees are called out to work tide work, the minimum pay for such work shall be eight (8) hours at regular straight- time. In computing time to be paid for under this provision, each hour worked before 8:00 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. shall be considered as being two (2) straight-time hours and each one-half (1/2) hour shall be considered as being one (1) straight-time hour; each hour worked between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. shall be considered as being one (1) straight-time hour. The foregoing shall not apply to time worked on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. In the event an Employee or Employees are called out to work tide work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, the overtime rate (double straight -time) shall be paid for each hour worked, and the minimum pay shall be six (6) hours at said overtime rate.
