An Individual Employer Clause Samples
The 'An Individual Employer' clause defines the specific party in an agreement who is acting as the employer on an individual basis, rather than as part of a group or organization. This clause clarifies that the rights, responsibilities, and obligations outlined in the contract pertain solely to the named individual employer, not to any broader entity or collective. By doing so, it ensures that there is no ambiguity regarding who is accountable for fulfilling the employer's duties, thereby preventing disputes over liability or responsibility.
An Individual Employer who has employed an apprentice for at least six months during the apprentice’s fourth period, shall receive apprentice ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ credit for all of the Employee’s work for the Individual Employer as a journeyperson during the twelve (12) months immediately following the date the Employee obtains journeyperson status.
An Individual Employer required to post a bond under this section shall maintain the bond in effect for the period covered by this Agreement.
