C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period. In the event that the Client agrees to extend the Initial Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Initial Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations with the Contractor (for a period of not more than 30 Working Days) to agree a variation in the Contract Price.
Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

Commercial Operation Date (COD 15.1.1 The Project shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”). A2 Initial Contract Period The Contract shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire automatically on 30 June 2013, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated, or extended under clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period).
