Common use of Ticket Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Ticket Acceptance. 1.g.i Tickets/coupons issued under the terms of this Agreement will be accepted without endorsement by any other Member and its S/A/Fs when bilaterally agreed, provided that: ~ the fare paid is the same as, or more than, the concurrence between the Authorizing and Transporting Airlines, and ~ the origin and destination of the flight coupon(s) are for the same city pair, and ~ the class of travel shown on the ticket is the same as, or lower than, the concurrence between the Authorizing and Transporting Airlines.
