Throughput Data. The Companies’ good faith estimates of the receipts of the Companies for the 12 month periods ended as of December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2012 of the volumes of crude oil transported on the Express U.S. Pipeline System at the Guernsey, Wyoming receipt point and at the Casper, Wyoming receipt point are set forth on Section 5.22 of the Contributor Disclosure Schedule.
