Throughput Data Sample Clauses
Throughput Data. Attached hereto as Schedule 2.28 are historical throughput data and information for the calendar year 2011 and for the nine months ended September 30, 2012, relating to the Business of the Company Group. To the Knowledge of the Seller, such throughput data and information are accurate and complete in all material respects with respect to the information for each applicable period, without representations as to any specific monthly volume. To the Knowledge of the Seller, subsequent to September 30, 2012, there have been no material adverse changes in the volumes of natural gas gathered and transported by the Company Group.
Throughput Data. Section 4.19 of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth summary delivery and throughput data and other operating data reflected therein for the Company Systems (the “System Data”) for the nine-month period ended as of September 30, 2015, which System Data is true and correct in all material respects. There have been no material adverse changes in the volumes of hydrocarbons delivered to or transported through the Company Systems subsequent to the periods covered by the System Data and no Person has provided written or, to the Knowledge of the Company, oral notice to the Company of its intent to materially reduce the volume of hydrocarbons it delivers to or transports through the Company Systems.
Throughput Data. The Companies’ good faith estimates of the receipts of the Companies for the 12 month periods ended as of December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2012 of the volumes of crude oil transported on the Express U.S. Pipeline System at the Guernsey, Wyoming receipt point and at the Casper, Wyoming receipt point are set forth on Section 5.22 of the Contributor Disclosure Schedule.
Throughput Data. Schedule 3.26 sets forth historical throughput data and information for the calendar year 2020 and 2021 and for the year to date to March 31, 2022, relating to the Business. Such throughput data and information is accurate and complete in all material respects with respect to the information for each applicable period, respectively, without representations as to any specific monthly volume. The Company has not received any written, or to Knowledge of Seller, oral, notices regarding a material reduction or increase of throughput from any customers.
Throughput Data. The throughput data and information of the Acquired Companies for the 12-month period ended as of December 31, 2014 is set forth on Schedule 5.16 and, to the knowledge of Seller, is true and correct in all material respects. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.16, since December 31, 2014, there have been no material adverse changes in the volumes of natural gas gathered and transported by the Acquired Companies.
Throughput Data. The Companies’ good faith estimates of the receipts of the Companies for the 12 month periods ended as of December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2012 of the volumes of crude oil transported on the Express Canada Pipeline System at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ receipt point are set forth on Section 5.22 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
Throughput Data. Historical throughput data and information for the calendar year 2024 and as of February 28, 2025, relating to the business of the Company, has been provided to the Buyer. Such throughput data and information is accurate and complete in all material respects with respect to the information for each applicable period, respectively, without representations as to any specific monthly volume.
