Three-Month Grace Period for Subscribers. Receiving Advance Payments of the Premium Tax Credit. For [a Subscriber][or Enrollee] receiving advance payments of the premium tax credit who has previously paid at least one full month's premium during the benefit year, a Grace Period of three (3) consecutive months shall be granted for the payment of any Premium. During this 3-month Grace Period, We shall do all of the following listed below.
