Common use of this Lease Clause in Contracts

All commercial trucks and delivery vehicles shall (i) be loaded and unloaded in a manner which does not interfere with the businesses of other occupants of the Project, and (ii) to the extent such trucks and delivery vehicles are not owned by Tenant, permitted to remain within the Project only so long as is reasonably necessary to complete the loading and unloading. Landlord makes no representation or warranty that any specific use of the Premises desired by Tenant is permitted pursuant to any laws.
