Third Party Software Support. HRS shall provide Customer with telephone assistance for the Third-Party Software during the hours set forth in Section 5.1.1. If HRS is unable to resolve a problem with the Third-Party Software, it shall contact the appropriate vendor on Customer’s behalf and coordinate and monitor correction efforts by the vendor.
