Third Party Software/Open Source. The leased Software Solutions may contain proprietary third-party programs that are licensed under separate terms and conditions, which are displayed to the Customer accordingly. The Customer is obliged to comply with the provisions of these license conditions for third-party programs. The Software Solutions may also contain open source programs. Information on open source programs (if included) will be made available to the Customer on request.
