Third Party Provisions. Company’s use of the 22c-2 System shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained in BNYM’s agreements with Third Party Providers that BNYM is required by such agreements to apply to users of the software or services of the particular Third Party Provider to the extent notified of such terms and conditions by BNYM.
