Common use of Third Party Data Providers Clause in Contracts

Third Party Data Providers. Upon request, after the Closing Date, the Trustee or the Certificate Administrator, if any, will provide any requested information to the extent in its possession, to Bloomberg, Intex and Yield Book (collectively, the "Data Providers") needed to have the Depositor set up on these Data Providers to provide any information with respect to the Pooled Securities (the "Data") delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 3.8 hereof on a monthly basis in a format acceptable to such Data Providers and acceptable to the Underwriter. During the term of this Agreement, the Trustee will provide updated Data to the Data Providers on or before each Distribution Date.

Upon request, As soon as practicable after the Closing Date, the Trustee or the Certificate Administrator, if any, will provide any requested information to the extent in its possession, to arrange with Bloomberg, Intex and Yield Book (collectively, the "Data Providers") needed to have the Depositor set up on these Data Providers to provide any the information set forth on Exhibit G (the "Data") with respect to the Pooled Securities (the "Data") delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 3.8 hereof on a monthly basis in a format acceptable to such Data Providers and acceptable to the UnderwriterUnderwriters. During the term of this Agreement, the Trustee will provide updated Data to the Data Providers on or before each Distribution Date.
