Third Party Contributions. The City and District recognize and fully appreciate the vital financial contributions provided by third parties to the establishment of Agreements that enhance the usability of school and park sites for joint use. For the purpose of this Policy, third party contributions will be applied towards the financial contribution of whichever entity is taking the lead responsibility for implementation of the joint use project.
