Third Party Contributions. Individuals or entities other than the Account Owner that contribute funds to the Account will have no subsequent control over the contributions. Only the Account Owner may direct transfers, rollovers, investment changes (as permitted under federal law), withdrawals and changes in the Beneficiary. The Account Owner is the owner of all contributions and all earnings ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ credited to his or her Account under this Participation Agreement.
