Common use of Third Party Consents Clause in Contracts

Third Party Consents. No consent, authorization, order or approval of, or filing or registration with, any governmental authority or other person is required for the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the consummation by the Company of any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
