Third Party Certificates. Seller shall use its best efforts to procure for the benefit of Buyer consent, assignment, and/or estoppel certificates in such form, from such third parties, and with respect to such Acquired Assets to be assigned to Buyer at Closing as Buyer may specify on or before Closing.
