Third-Party Benefit. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any Person not a party to this Agreement any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities of any nature whatsoever; provided, however, that the Indemnitees shall, as intended third-party beneficiaries thereof, be entitled to the enforcement of Article 8, but only insofar as the obligations sought to be enforced thereunder are those of the Company.
