Common use of Third-Party Benefit Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Benefit. This Section 10.5 is for the third party benefit of the holders, pledgees or other beneficiaries of securities or parties to or other beneficiaries of an agreement, contract or other obligation of the type referred to in clause (ii) of Section 10.5(a), which relates to an Exchange Note other than the 20 - Exchange Note and will survive the termination of this Agreement.
