Common use of Third-Party Auditor Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Auditor. A Third-Party Auditor means a third-party independent contractor that is not a competitor of Enverus. An On-Site Audit can be conducted through a Third Party Auditor if: (i) prior to the On-Site Audit, the Third-Party Auditor enters into a non-disclosure agreement containing confidentiality provisions no less protective than those set forth in the Agreement to protect Enverus’s proprietary information; and (ii) the costs of the Third-Party Auditor are at Customer’s expense.

An On-Site Audit can be conducted through a Third Party Auditor if: (i) prior to the On-Site Audit, the Third-Party Auditor enters into a non-disclosure agreement containing confidentiality provisions no less protective than those set forth in the Agreement to protect EnverusConnect-i’s proprietary information; and (ii) the costs of the Third-Party Auditor are at Customer’s expense.

An On-Site Audit can be conducted through a Third Third-Party Auditor if: : (i) prior to the On-Site Audit, the Third-Third- Party Auditor enters into a non-disclosure agreement containing confidentiality provisions no less protective than those set forth in the Agreement to protect EnverusXactly’s proprietary information; and and (ii) the costs of the Third-Party Auditor are at Customer’s expense.

An On-Site Audit can be conducted through a Third Party Auditor if: (i) prior to the On-Site Audit, the Third-Third Party Auditor enters into a non-disclosure agreement containing confidentiality provisions no less protective than those set forth in the Agreement to protect EnverusOpenExchange’s proprietary information; and (ii) the costs of the Third-Third Party Auditor are at Customer’s expense.
