Common use of Third Parties Act Clause in Contracts

Third Parties Act. Each Indemnified Person may rely on the terms of clause 14.4 (Indemnity concerning security) and clauses 12 (Tax gross-up and indemnities) and 14.7 (Interest) insofar as it relates to interest on any amount demanded by that Indemnified Person under clause 14.4 (Indemnity concerning security), subject to clause 1.3 (Third party rights) and the provisions of the Third Parties Act.

Each Indemnified indemnified Person may rely on the terms of clause 14.4 16.5 (Indemnity concerning security) and clauses 12 clause 14 (Tax gross-up and indemnities) and 14.7 16.11 (Interest) insofar as it relates to interest on any amount demanded by that Indemnified Person under clause 14.4 16.5 (Indemnity concerning security), subject to clause 1.3 (Third party rights) and the provisions of the Third Parties Act.
