Roche Bioscience may terminate the Research Collaboration effective as of the third anniversary of the Effective Date upon four months' advance written notice if the Research Management Committee decides that (a) the then current Research Plan does not provide opportunities for new Products (i.e. the Pathways have been fully exploited and no opportunities remain within the Field) or (b) Tularik has been unable to meet its obligations as defined in the Research Plan.
