Thighs. A continuous cut is made through the backbone, separating the ------ thigh into two equal sections. The thigh sections should be cut so that a portion of the backbone remains on each part. This means the scale could remain the same even though you’ve lost five pounds of fat and replaced it with five pounds of muscle. A good thing to always remember is this: losing inches is a great tracker of success!
