Common use of The Wellx xxx Equipment Clause in Contracts

The Wellx xxx Equipment. All of Seller's right, title, and interest in and to all personal property of every kind and character located on the Leases or used in the operation thereof including, without limitation, wellx (xxether productive or non-productive, active or inactive) (the "Wellx"), compressors, well equipment, casing, tanks, machinery, gathering lines and systems, treatment facilities, disposal wellx, xxsposal systems, pipelines and other appurtenances, and any other personal property situated thereon, herein individually and collectively called the "Equipment."
