The Township agrees to pay to the Contractor. for the aforesaid periodFiovfe (5) years the sum stated in schedule attached forming part of said specifications attached hereto and made a part hereof, same to be paid monthly as more particularly set forth in the Specifications above referred to and the proposal attached hereto. In addition to said compensation, the Township agrees to pay the Contractor certain compensation based on certificates of occupancy issued subsequent to the commencement of work under this Contract at the rate set forth in said Specifications per month for each new unit.
