THE TENANT’S OBLIGATIONS. PLEASE NOTE: These are the things that the Tenant agrees to do or not to do. It is important for the Tenant to understand what he must or must not do, If the Tenant breaks, or does not comply with any of these obligations, the Landlord may be entitled to claim damages or compensation from the Tenant, or to seek other legal remedies against the Tenant, including the possibility of eviction.
