Common use of The Superintendent or his Clause in Contracts

The Superintendent or his. her designated representative shall provide a written decision, incorporating the reasons upon which the decision was based to the grievant(s) and/or Association representative within five (5) working days from the conclusion of the meeting.

The Superintendent or his. her designated representative shall provide a written decision, decision incorporating the reasons upon which the decision was based to the grievant(s) and/or Association representative and immediate supervisor within five (5) working days workdays from the conclusion of the meeting. The decision rendered at Step Two (2) shall be considered the final decision of the District.
