For purposes of this Agreement, the term “boycott” shall mean and include refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.   • Authorization to Enter into Certain Transactions (a) The Trustees shall conduct the affairs of the Trust in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Trust Agreement.   • Submission of Certified Payroll Transcripts for Public Works Contracts Only Contractors and Subcontractors on public works projects must submit monthly payroll transcripts to the Authorized User that has prepared or directs the preparation of the plans and specifications for a public works project, as set forth in the Bid Specifications. For Mini-Bid solicitations, the payroll records must be submitted to the entity preparing the agency Mini-Bid project specification. For “agency specific” Bids, the payroll records should be submitted to the entity issuing the purchase order. For all other OGS Centralized Contracts, such records should be submitted to the individual agency issuing the purchase order(s) for the work. Upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and the Authorized User, the form of submission may be submitted in a specified disk format acceptable to the Department of Labor provided: 1) the Contractor/Subcontractor retains the original records; and, (2) an original signed letter by a duly authorized individual of the Contractor or Subcontractor attesting to the truth and accuracy of the records accompanies the disk. This provision does not apply to Article 9 of the Labor Law building services contracts.

Code 2270) Vendor certifies that Vendor is not a company identified on the Texas Comptroller’s list of companies known to have contracts with, or provide supplies or services to, a foreign organization designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization by the U.S. Secretary of State.   • Materiality Of Application To Rent All representations made by Tenant(s) on the Application to Rent (or like-titled document) are material to the grant of this Lease, and the Lease is granted only on condition of the truthfulness and accuracy of said representations. If a failure to disclose or lack of truthfulness is discovered on said Application, Landlord may deem Tenant to be in breach of this Lease.

  • Transfers to Non-QIB Institutional Accredited Investors The following provisions shall apply with respect to the registration of any proposed transfer of a Note to any Institutional Accredited Investor which is not a QIB (excluding Non-U.S. Persons):

  • Provide Data In Compliance With State and Federal Law LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the Service Agreement in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and all other Texas privacy statutes cited in this DPA as these laws and regulations apply to the contracted services. The LEA shall not be required to provide Data in violation of applicable laws. Operator may not require LEA or users to waive rights under applicable laws in connection with use of the Services.

  • Provide Data In Compliance With Laws LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the DPA in compliance with the FERPA, PPRA, IDEA, 603 C.M.R. 23.00, 603 CMR 28.00, and Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 71, Sections 34D to 34H, and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.”
