Common use of The Security Deposit Account Clause in Contracts

The Security Deposit Account. (a) On the Issuance Date, the Issuer has made an initial deposit into the Security Deposit Account of $262,961.57 representing security deposits in respect of the Leases as of the Issuance Date. The Servicer on behalf of the Issuer shall within two Business Days of receipt thereof deposit into the Security Deposit Account all additional security deposits received in respect of the Leases from time to time in the Asset Pool.
