First Aid Training a) The Employer will encourage employees to take first-aid and refresher courses and for this purpose will assume the cost of first-aid training. Employees selected by the Employer for first-aid training shall be granted time off without loss of pay.

Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.
