Common use of The Registrar Clause in Contracts

The Registrar. 2.1 [RESERVED] 2.2 On the date of this Agreement, the Trustee, in its capacity as Registrar under the Indenture (the “Registrar”), shall provide to the Paying Agent a complete and correct copy of the register maintained by the Registrar in respect of the holders of Notes and the outstanding principal amount of Notes held by each holder of Notes. 2.3 The Registrar shall from time to time provide to the Paying Agent a complete and correct copy of the register of Notes maintained by it as soon as reasonably practicable following any transfer or exchange of any Notes, and promptly on request therefor by the Paying Agent. 2.4 The Paying Agent shall be entitled to treat as conclusive the most recent copy of the register provided to it by the Registrar in accordance with this Agreement.
