Non-Trade Transactions Sample Clauses

The Non-Trade Transactions clause defines and governs transactions between parties that do not involve the direct exchange of goods or services typically associated with trade. This clause may cover financial arrangements, administrative agreements, or other interactions such as loans, guarantees, or internal transfers that fall outside the scope of standard commercial trading. By clearly distinguishing these activities from trade transactions, the clause ensures that both parties understand which rules and obligations apply, thereby preventing confusion and potential disputes over the treatment of such non-trade dealings.
