The Purchaser’s Breach Sample Clauses

The Purchaser’s Breach. Upon the Vendor becoming aware of the occurrence of any of the events stated hereunder, the Vendor shall have the right to give notice in writing to the Purchaser specifying the default or breach requiring the Purchaser to remedy the said default or breach to the satisfaction of the Vendor within fourteen (14) days or such other period as may be mutually agreed between the Parties in writing of the receipt of such notice. The events are:
The Purchaser’s Breach. By the Seller if, as of the Effective Time, the Seller is ready, willing and able to proceed to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby but any of the conditions of the obligations of the Seller pursuant to Section 12 hereof shall not have been satisfied or, in the sole discretion of the Seller, waived by the Seller, or if the Purchaser shall have breached a material covenant or agreement hereunder and shall not have cured the same within three business days after notice of such breach is given to the Purchaser by the Seller; or
