Common use of The Professional Services Consultant’s Commercial General Clause in Contracts

The Professional Services Consultant’s Commercial General. and Commercial Auto Liability policies shall include a waiver of subrogation clause which must be expressly stated on the Certificate of Insurance that conveys the following: “It is agreed that in no event shall any insurance company of the Professional Services Consultant have any right of recovery against Owner for any and all damage or loss unless such damage or loss results from the sole gross negligence or willful misconduct of Owner.”
