Exhibit A may be amended from time to time as may be agreed upon by Sun Life (U.S.), Clarendon and SDC. All such amendments shall be reflected in a revised Exhibit A and, to the extent relevant, a revised Exhibit F (as relates to the applicable Distribution Allowance).
