The Plans. The Trust and the Plans are parts of a single, integrated employee benefit plan system and shall be construed together. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Master Trust Agreement and the agreements that constitute the Plans, such conflict shall be resolved in favor of this Master Trust Agreement.
