THE PARTIES HERETO FURTHER AGREE THAT. a. In accordance with Idaho Code § 67-2332, the purposes, powers, rights and objectives of each of the parties are as set forth in the Recitals above. Each of the Recitals above is incorporated into the body of this Agreement.
