The Owner's Right to Correct Work. If the Design-Builder should neglect to prosecute the Work properly or fail to correct Non-Compliant Work or fail to perform any provision of this Contract, the Owner, after three days' written notice to the Design-Builder, may without prejudice to any other remedy he may have (including without limitation remedies against the Design-Builder’s surety), make good the deficiencies and may deduct the cost thereof from the payment then or thereafter due the Design-Builder.
