BellSouth and Express Paging, Inc. will use the invoice sequencing to control data exchange. BellSouth will be notified of sequence failures identified by Express Paging, Inc. and resend the data as appropriate. THE DATA WILL BE PACKED USING ATIS EMI RECORDS.
