The MAFRD and its PIU Sample Clauses

The MAFRD and its PIU. The Recipient, through the MAFRD, shall maintain, throughout Project implementation, the PIU headed by a Project Manager and with staff, resources and under terms of reference satisfactory to the Bank. The PIU shall be responsible for the implementation of Parts 1 and 4 of the Project and the overall Project coordination and monitoring for Parts 2 and 3 of the Project in close cooperation with CAEI. The PIU shall disburse Sub-Grants from the Nitrates Mitigation Investment Fund which shall have been previously authorized by the Payment Directorate.
