The Litigation Counsel and those assigned by the Litigation Counsel to perform Services under the Agreement shall not: (i) offer or provide any gift or hospitality to a State employee in violation of said Gift Restrictions, (ii) assign any former State employee to appear before OSC, the System or the CRF to perform Services in violation of the two-year bar, or (iii) assign any former State employee to the render Services in violation of the lifetime bar.
