The Fund/SERV Eligible Unit. Servicing Agent shall transmit to each Fund/SERV Eligible Unit holder of record any notice or other communication received from the Trustee and shall be solely responsible for soliciting and transmitting to the Trustee any notice required from Fund/SERV Eligible Unit holders.
