The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders agree to make available to the Borrower: (a) a committed term loan facility denominated in sterling in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; (b) a committed term loan facility denominated in sterling in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a committed term loan facility denominated in sterling in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility C Commitments.
