Common use of The Facilities Clause in Contracts

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Agreement the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multicurrency revolving loan credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Revolving Facility A Commitments; and (b) a multicurrency term loan letter of guarantee facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total L/G Facility B Commitments.

The Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multicurrency revolving loan credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a multicurrency U.S. Dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multicurrency revolving loan credit facility (with a Sterling Bills option) in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a multicurrency term loan revolving credit facility (with a Sterling Bills option) in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B CommitmentsCommitments with a Term Out Option.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the BorrowersBorrower: (a) a multicurrency dollar revolving loan facility with a term out option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a multicurrency term dollar revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multicurrency revolving loan facility with a term out option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and; (b) a multicurrency term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments; and (c) a multicurrency revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Facility C Commitments.

(a) a multicurrency revolving sterling term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a multicurrency term revolving loan facility with an extension option in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multicurrency revolving term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a multicurrency term revolving loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrowers: (a) a multicurrency revolving amortising term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and (b) a multicurrency term revolving loan and bank guarantee facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.
