The Defined Contribution Plan Fraction. The defined contribution plan fraction is a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the Annual Additions to the Participant's accounts under all defined contribution plans maintained by an Affiliated Employer (whether or not terminated) for the current and all prior Limitation Years and the denominator of which is the sum of the lesser of determined for that year and for each prior year of service with an Affiliated Employer (i) 1.25 times the Dollar Limitation in effect for the Limitation Year or (ii) 1.4 times the Participant's compensation limitation determined for that year and for each prior year of service with an Affiliated Employer.

During the right to cancel period, the Owner may change the allocations to the Sub-Accounts. Subsequent Contributions will be allocated to the Annuity Account in the proportion Requested by the Owner. If there are no accompanying instructions, then allocations will be made in accordance with standing instructions. Allocations will be effective upon the Transaction Date.
