The Contractorwill Sample Clauses

The Contractorwill. 4.45.1.1 maintain all equipment to keep it in a safe and operable condition and satisfy the requirements of the Environmental Health and associated Food Hygiene Regulations; 4.45.1.2 manage energy conservation where energy is used and emitted from all these appliances; 4.45.1.3 maintain cold rooms for the storage of food, and 4.45.1.4 continuously monitor the refrigerant performance and maintain to closely defined limits. Instrumentation will be calibrated at regular intervals. Any incidents of failure to maintain the correct temperatures will be brought to the immediate attention of the Catering Manager.
