The Consulting Structural Engineer. if any, employed for this Project, shall be a Kentucky licensed Structural Engineer, competent in the field of structural design and regularly engaged in practice of structural design, against which the Owner has interposed no reasonable objection, to provide services on this Project within the scope of its professional registration.
