Common use of The City’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

The City’s Responsibilities. The City will: 2.1 Provide full information to the Engineer regarding the City’s requirements for the Engineer’s services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Engineer with copies of official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and information in the City’s possession needed by the Engineer at the Engineer’s request.
